Here are some more films of our two boys playing together.

Dejavus time again

Today I experienced another Dejavus. Brego started to turn with his head when I make a certain sound. Toby did this as well when he was a puppy.

What happens when a puppy wants to play and nobody is interested in playing with him?

First lets try the rocking bench, second the ball gets is, next the boss who's filming it all, and last but not least the rabbits in their new house. And that's so much fun that the big dog comes as well.

Walking in the Wandelpark

Another nice walking area is the "Wandelpark" in our town. It is an area where a lot of small lakes and woods surrounding them. It was a very lovely spring day and we went there to let the dogs swim (more walking) in one of the lakes.

Doggyride

We bought a new doggyride so we now have two of those. It is a green one.

And the boys immediately checked it out when we unpacked it in the garden. Brego climbed in the car when only one wheel was mounted and that was a very funny picture.


He stayed inside the car while Rob mounted the last wheel and looked like he decided that this green car is his one.

Brugven

This afternoon we went to the Brugven. A small lake near where we live. Until last year the lake was surrounded by forest, but since then a lot of trees are cut down to get the original landscape back.

Toby went in the lake to swim. Brego doesn't dare to go in to far. He walks a little bit into the water until his paws get wet, and often he starts to bark at Toby.

We also tried to make a picture of the two of them running together. This is the best shot.

Swimming in the Dommel

The Dommel is a small river not far from where we live. There's a place there where the dogs can enter the water easily. The sand there is white so they don't get to dirty. At first Brego did not dare to enter the water. See the next two movies.


Later on he went in the water as the next pictures show. We kept him on the leash because that place is near a point where the water flows hard and is very deep and Brego did not swim yet.

Walking in the Woodlands

This morning Rob went to the woodlands near our home and made some nice pictures. Again it was a very sunny day and the temperature is somewhat higher than normal this time of year. An early spring.

Playtime

Because we can't get enough of the two boys playing together here two more movies.
One this morning with Toby laying on the couch and Brego on the ground. Later on Brego climbed the couch for the first time by himself.

And one movie where they are pulling a rope in the garden.

Spring Weather Walk

Sunday we went for a walk with the Bearded Collie Club. It was very nice weather, a real spring day. There were some 30 bearded collies present. And ofcourse we were there with our two boys. Toby is always walking in the front so I haven't got any pictures of him other than this one with the two of them together running towards each other.

We took the little basket-on-wheels with us, and this time it went better than two weeks ago, he seemed to enjoy the fact that he didn't have to walk. Brego went in to the basket by himselve two times.

I also made this picture where you can see Brego running alongside the beardies. In the beginning you can see his Fawn sister Flow in the back.

And for the ones who think that a bearded collie is tired after a 1 hour drive, 1 1/2 hours walk, and a 1 hour drive back is mistaken. Here is a movie when we were back at our place and the two of them played together.

Pitt Beardies

After Franky, Ber and Scarlet left Brego slept for quite a while. Rob and Toby went biking in the woods near us. When they returned Brego and Toby played for a while together. I made some scary looking pictures of the two of them with their mouths full of teeth open as if they were gone kill each other.



And ofcourse a movie in which you can see that it isn't all that bad with the two of them. You can see that Toby is very dirty from the biking trip. Compare the white parts and you can see the difference. That means a lot of sand in the house later on. Well we're used to that. Where else do you have a vacuum cleaner for?

Pedigree document

This morning the Breeder Franky and her husband Ber visited us to bring the Pedigree-document of Brego. They brought their 9 month old Beardiegirl Scarlet with them. Brego and Scarlet played for a little while. Toby liked the smell of her it could be that she gets her first heat period.

Play, Play, Play...

Toby and Brego are playing a couple of times a day. I can't get enough of it. They are getting along quite well. But Toby doesn't accept every behaviour of Brego, and thats good for him. In this way it is not only fun to watch but it is also educational correct and is Brego learning that he has to behave somewhat.
